Terms of Service
Last revised: June 15, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Axiom readiness assessment and the website at axiomm.net (the “Service”), operated by Innovetor Labs LLP (“Axiom”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service provides a readiness assessment that helps organisations understand where they stand on data protection across frameworks such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, and the California Consumer Privacy Act, along with related paid services we may offer.
3. What the Service is, and what it is not
We make sure we help companies to the best of our abilities. No one can guarantee one hundred percent compliance, not even a law firm. What we give you is a clear, defensible picture of where you stand, what to fix, and ways to fix it.
Your results depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. The assessment is a structured, informational tool, and its output reflects what you tell us about your practices.
The Service is compliance software and related services provided by Innovetor Labs LLP.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Service lawfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its assessment, scoring methodology, content, and design, is owned by Innovetor Labs LLP and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own internal purposes. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
6. Third-party services
The Service links to third-party tools, including a scheduling page for booking calls. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Consistent with Section 3, we do not warrant that the Service will guarantee compliance or any particular outcome, or that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovetor Labs LLP and its officers, employees, and advisors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovetor Labs LLP from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
